Bk8mya shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

Bk8mya accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, domestic bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and approved cryptocurrencies. All payment methods used must be registered under the same name as the member's bk8mya account.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and the account's KYC verification status

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the member's name

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Bk8mya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Request from a competent legal authority
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the bk8mya support team. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be returned to the original registered payment method, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

Accounts terminated due to a terms violation are not eligible for the return of frozen funds until the investigation is complete and a decision has been made by bk8mya management.
